(ಮೇ, ೩೦, ೩೧, ಮೇರಿಲ್ಯಾಂಡಿನ ರಾಕ್‍ವಿಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ರಂಗವು ನಡೆಸಿದ ವಸಂತೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಆನಂದಿಸಿದವರ ಕೆಲವು ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ನೀವೂ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನೇಕೆ ನಮ್ಮೊಡನೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು?)
ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಟರಾಜ ಅವರೆ,
ಈ ನಾಲ್ಕನೆ ವಸಂತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಪ್ರಕಟಿತ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ತುಂಬ ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಬಂದಿದೆ. ಎರಡು ದಿವಸ ನಡೆದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ತುಂಬ ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಂದು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಂತೆಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಊಟ, ತಿಂಡಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೂ ಬಹಳ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿದ್ದಿತು. ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹಳ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಬಹುವಾಗಿ ಆನಂದಿಸಿ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಅದೇ ಆನಂದದ ಗುನುಗಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಿಮಗೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೂ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ನಟರಾಜ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು.ವಸಂತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಜರುಗಿ ಇಂದಿಗೆ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳಾದವು. ಇನ್ನೂ ಆ ಸುಂದರ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಮನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇವೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಅ2ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದಂತೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ತುಂಬ ಚೆಂದವಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲದೊಂದೂರಿಗೆ ಹೊರಡುವಾಗ ಇದ್ದಂಥ ಯಾವುದೋ ಅವ್ಯಕ್ತ ಭಾವಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ತಾಯ್ನಾಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬಂದ ಭಾವ ಮರಳಿದಾಗ ಮುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಊಟ-ವಸತಿ, ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಎಷ್ಟು ಆರಾಮದಾಯಕವಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದರೆ ಆಪ್ತಿಷ್ಟರ ಮನೆಯ ಸಮಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದಾಗಿನಷ್ಟು ಆಪ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾದ ಖುಷಿಯಂತೂ ಖುಷಿಯೇ. “ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಾದಂಬರಿ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ….ಹೀಗೆ ಹಲವು” ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮಂಥ ಹಿರಿಯ ಲೇಖಕ/ಕಿಯರ ಬರಹಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಅತೀ ಪುಟ್ಟವಳಾದ ನನ್ನ ಬರಹ ತೆರೆ ತೆರೆದು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೊಂದು ಅತೀ ಖುಷಿ ನನಗೆ. ಅವಕಾಶವಿತ್ತ ತಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ನನ್ನ ವಂದನೆ. ತುಂಬ ಚೆಂದದ ಗಳಿಗೆಗಳವು. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಲು ತೋಚುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂಥ ಒಂದು ಗಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಖುಷಿಪಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿತ್ತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಅನಂತ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

What a wonderful performance by Kaveri! Thoroughly enjoyed the literary event of KSR over the weekend. The dramas, especially Radheya, top the list of real classic performing arts with a literary flair. Other programs were also exceptionally good. Hats off to all the organizers.

It was great focussed function everybody enjoyed it. Food was great no complaints. It was Kaveri volunteers who helped us a lot. Congratulation on a well deserved sleeplessness which one experiences after an exciting and successful event. The Sammelana was such a beautiful event that I was feeling sad when it was getting over. Imagining such a program and planning and executing it so successfully requires a lot of hard work and passion. I congratulate everyone who contributed to the success. It was heart warming to experience the hospitality and love shown by KSR and Kaveri members. Thanks to you all for providing this opportunity for like minded Kannadigas to come togethar in a very nice atmosphere.
Hats off indeed. It was like attending a favourite relative’s wedding where all the cousins enjoy each other’s company. I was touched by the love and affection that floated around the Sammelana organizers and attendees
